Decoupage on a wooden box

Last week , I had made Deepa decoration with decoupage, for Deepavali. I thought it looks different from traditional painting, which I had tried last year for Deepavali. 

Saree design with border:

Last week was busy with Deepavali festival. Mow I have taken up a saree design, with the border shown.

It is a beautiful brocade saree, searching a matching fabric for it. This weekend will shop for the same. 🙂

Decoupage on a box:

This week also doing decoupage on a wooden box. The wooden box is ready, with gesso applied.

I’m a big fan of peacock designs. So very happy with this decoupage. Thinking of some other design for the other box I have selected.
