Design of the week- Embroidery motif

This is an embroidery motif. Last week I had shared floral embroidery design. This is not a floral design. A simple traditional motifs, something like Mandala.

Here is the design :

I have used Anchor threads. Entirely this design is embroidered using majorly chain stitch. On the leaves I have used herringbone stitch.

The design

This embroidery motif can be used as single motif on a dress,kurta etc. Or it can also be used all over a saree, or dress.
