Happy Dasara – Art Journal Page

After a long gap I am making art journal page. Normally during Navaratri I will be posting about dolls, Gombehabba or Golu. This year I could not visit any Gombe habba, as I was busy with other crafts.

Today is the last day of Navaratri, Dasara. On this occasion, the art bug, rather art journal bug bit me again. My materials were sleeping. I woke them up to make this art journal page. 🙂

Dasara is celebrated in remembrance of Shri Rama killing Ravana, also Devi conquering the demon. Both the themes are depicted here. Also the Jmboo savari of Mysore. I used Manadala designs to decorate it.

Hope this Dasara brings happiness in all of our lives. All of us will be able to conquer the demon and the spread the goodness all around us.
