I have obsession for laces. I have huge collection of laces. The obsession for the lace made me to learn tatting. I met a lady who knew tatting. I begged to learn the art. Twenty five years now, I am tatting since twenty five years. Learnt a lot through this art. Met many people, and became friend with few.
This international tatting day, what I made !
I always love to design dresses and sarees with tatting. I like to make doilies too.

I designed this saree. Sharing the same on this Interantional tatting day.

I have used motifs along the border. Combined that with running stitch to give the effect of Gopura design. I love mirroe work, so attached mirrors in between. Every time I used to model it on a manniquin. This time thought of wearing myself.
