Kutchwork saree with lots of motifs
I completed this kutchwork saree after lot of time and effort. This I got it printed, without estimating the effort. Once I started working on this, I got to know this requires lot of time. As the designed were already printed, I couldn’t stop. But the outcome is really awesome.

On pallu I have embroidered five big motifs.

There are approximately 1500 Kutchwork motifs in this saree. You can imagine the amount of time required 🙂

I have used silk embroidery thread in six strands for the embroidery. The border nearly five meters along the saree, and one meter on the pallu.

Whatever the effort , the saree has come out very nice. It was in my wish list to embroider a saree with all over motif. I have embroidered a saree with all aver Kutchwork motifs already. But in that the motifs were not so much.
