Saree design with Old Banaras Silk Border
Saree design:
Phew! Completed designing the saree with old Banaras silk border. For this saree design, I haven’t chosen plain fabric, like my earlier saree design with old silk border.
Here is the saree:

The fabric I have selected is somewhat like brocade. Though it is light blue in color, on the weaving it has tinge of pink and orange , which exactly matches with the border.

I have designed some more sarees, with old Banaras silk borders.
The upper border is not sufficient, so I left as it is. I will be using that for blouse designing. And the pallu I have attached at the end.

So what is the new material. Is it pure silk. What is its cost and where are they available. A beautiful one!
