Tatted neckline and motif
This is a tatted neckline and a motif I made to gift my friend. The motif is magic square motif. This motif I have used on handbags too. Here is the motif and the neckline:

The motif and the lace
The thread used is redrose thread and the green thread is from Anchor. The motif can be attached backside too, as I have tried on this Kurti. The pink shaded thread was gifted to me by a friend. Though I am not so in favour of using any other thread than Anchor, the beautiful color of the thread tempted me to use it.
Here is the closer view of the motif

Closer view
Since One week, I was not bogging, but learning of different arts and crafts are going on. I have started learning authentic Kasuti embroidery. I have embroidered Kasuti design, on a saree. But that was transferring design on the fabric. The authentic Kasuti embroidery involves using mesh and counting threads. I am very happy, that I am learning this. I will share my learning journey of Kasuti, in coming posts.
Until then,
