Work In Progress- Decoupage on purse
This is the second time I am doing decoupage on purse. I have shared the tutorial too, on how to make designer purse using decoupage. This time I want decoupage on two purses using decoupage tissues and decoupage with rice papers. Here I have selected the decoupage tissues and decoupage rice papers.
