Cross stitch embroidery
This week’s WIP is cross stitch work. This is not made by me till now, but now taking up this work. This is a cross stitch panel, quite a big one. Here it is:

This is not only a piece of embroidery work for me. This represents lot of enthusiasm and love for life my mother has. Yeah, this is made by mother till now. She has given this to me to complete the rest of the work. She is suffering from cancer and going through lot of pain and sufferings. I have seen her pain. She has given it to me , not because she is tired or she can’t continue. She wants to start one more such cross stitch, and wants to give that as gift to someone. That is why I say, this cross stitch work is symbol of enthusiasm and zeal of my mother.
She always told us to be very courageous and not to loose hope in any adverse condition. Not only preached, but she is also facing her pain and sufferings with lot of courage. Love you Ayi.

Saree design with Pearl embroidery
Meanwhile, completing embroidery and saree design works I had started. Here is the saree I designed with pearl embroidery.

This is a simple, artificial raw silk saree. I have used only pearl embellishments on the border of the saree.

Still more embroidery works are in pipeline. Really feel embroidery bug has bitten me. Embroidering like a crazy! :).
