Work In Progress On Wednesday – Relief painting

Relief painting is  a sculptural painting. This week I have started a relief painting. This I had started before lock down. But could not continue as the board was in my art teacher’s workshop. After many days I started working one this relief painting again. The first step is to prepare the board and to trace the design. I have completed the two steps, and now marking the design with marble paste.

Another work I have started also sculpture painting with a paste. With this I am making jewelries. This is made with knives and needs lot of patience and practise. But worth learning this art. The end result is amazing and soothing. Here is the work in progress on sculpture painting:
